Stripe Atlas, doola or Haqi: forming a US LLC from Morocco

Several services form a US LLC remotely. The best known are Stripe Atlas and doola, plus local services like Haqi. They broadly do the same thing — create the entity, provide a registered agent, help with the EIN — but differ on price, support and language.

None of them “guarantees” approval by Stripe, PayPal or a bank — those are separate steps each platform decides.

Stripe Atlas is Stripe’s company-formation service. It creates an LLC (or C-Corp) and offers an integrated path to a Stripe account. Support is in English and the process is standardized.

A good fit if you are comfortable in English and your priority is the Stripe ecosystem. Check annual fees and what is included beyond year one.

doola specializes in LLC formation for non-residents, with plans including the EIN, a registered agent and sometimes bookkeeping. Support is in English.

Useful for non-residents who want an all-in-one English-language package.

Haqi is a Moroccan service: the same result (Wyoming or New Mexico LLC, registered agent, EIN, documents), but with support in Arabic, French and Darija, and a team that knows the Moroccan context (filings, payments, banks).

Useful if you prefer to be guided in your language and ask questions to someone who understands your situation in Morocco.

Choose on three criteria: the language you want support in, the total price (year one + renewals), and how much help you need after formation (bank, Stripe, accounting).

If English and self-service are fine, Stripe Atlas or doola work well. If you want Arabic/French support tailored to Morocco, a local service makes sense.
