Refund, cancellation and dispute policy

Haqi (haqi.ma) is a Moroccan platform for professional services: legal consultations, Moroccan SARL formation, US LLC formation, auto-entrepreneur registration, company domiciliation, accounting support, and an AI legal-assistant subscription. We do not sell physical goods and we do not ship parcels.

• Full refund if you cancel before we start work on your file or before a consultation takes place.
• No refund after a consultation is delivered or after file processing has started (name reservation, drafting, filings, or similar).
• US LLC formation: once the state filing has started (formation documents submitted), the order can no longer be refunded.
• Full refund if Haqi cannot provide the service you paid for.
• Request a refund by email at [email protected] or via WhatsApp/phone, and include your order ID.
• We reply within 72 business hours. Approved amounts return to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, in MAD.

• Cancel at any time from the dashboard or by contacting support.
• Access continues until the end of the paid period. We do not charge the next period after cancellation.
• The current period is not refunded once it has started, except where Haqi failed to provide the service.

We sell services, not physical products. There is no parcel return or product exchange process.

Contact us first. We try to resolve the matter amicably within 72 business hours. If that fails, our terms of service and Moroccan law apply.

Card payments are taken on Stripe’s hosted checkout page. Haqi never collects or stores full card numbers. The site is served over HTTPS. Prices are shown and charged in Moroccan dirhams (MAD). Bank transfer remains available when the order instructions say so.
