Why forming the company is not enough
The moment you open an account in your company’s name — a US bank, Stripe, PayPal, Shopify or a marketplace — you are asked for a US phone number and a US address for the company. A Moroccan number and a personal address stop the application at the first step.
The US address shows the company has a seat in its state of formation; the US number is how the platform reaches the company. Without both, the legal entity exists only on paper.
What Haqi’s plans include
Every plan — Basic, Advanced or Ultimate, in Wyoming or New Mexico — includes a free US phone number and a free US address in your company’s name.

Where to find them
As soon as the company is formed, the US number appears in your haqi.ma dashboard, alongside the company documents that carry its US address.
You copy them from the dashboard and use them on every form that asks, with no new request and no waiting.
How to use them on the platforms
Use the same company address everywhere: formation documents, bank account, Stripe, PayPal, Shopify. Consistency between documents and accounts is the first thing platforms check.
Enter the US number as the company’s number on those accounts, and keep your Moroccan number for personal contact.
Approval remains each platform’s own decision: the number and the address complete the file, they do not guarantee an account.
What a US address does not change
The company’s address and number give you no residency or visa, and do not change your tax position as a Moroccan resident. They are tools for running the company remotely, nothing more.
