The yearly renewal
In Wyoming, the state’s annual report ($60) and the registered agent. New Mexico has no annual report: just the agent.
The yearly IRS return
Form 5472 with 1120 for one owner, or 1065 for several, inside the renewal. BOI is not required.
Moving the registered agent
With the first renewal or closing we become your registered agent. A one-time state fee: $5 in Wyoming, $20 in New Mexico.
