Who the programme is for
Digital agencies, e-commerce and dropshipping trainers, accountants and freelancers whose clients need a US LLC.
You own the client relationship and set your price; we handle the whole formation remotely.
What a reseller buys
The Basic plan at the reseller price: company formation in Wyoming or New Mexico, the registered agent, the EIN, and a free US phone number and address.
You pay the reseller price and charge your client whatever you choose. The difference is your margin.
The more you sell, the less you pay
Five tiers: Starter, Pro 5, Gold 10, Elite 20 and King. Your tier follows the LLCs you paid for in the last 30 days.
You move up as soon as you reach the count; after a quieter month, your tier is kept for 30 days.
Each tier’s prices appear in your reseller dashboard once you are approved, and the price is locked when you create the order.
How to join
Create a Haqi account, tick “I want to become a reseller”, and answer one question: how many LLCs you expect to sell each month.
Someone from our sales team contacts you to activate the account. Your dashboard then shows your tier, your prices, and a button to order an LLC for a new client.
FAQ
- What does the reseller package include?
- The same as Basic: formation, registered agent, EIN, and a free US number and address, at the reseller price.
- Is there a subscription?
- No. You only pay for each LLC you order.
- What should I charge my client?
- You set your own price. Haqi only charges you the reseller price.
